Web Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Manager to manage the six websites within Trak's portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in website management, with a strong focus on design and CSS skills. The websites are built on the DUDA platform and require ongoing maintenance, mobile optimization, and updates to the site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up analytics and monitoring SEO to ensure the websites are optimized for maximum visibility and traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the six websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, mobile-optimized, and running smoothly
• Create and implement website design updates and changes, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all sites
• Develop and execute website content updates, including new pages, blog posts, and other relevant content
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the websites reflect the latest product and service offerings, as well as any company news or announcements
• Set up and monitor website analytics to track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Optimize the websites for search engines, monitoring SEO rankings and updating the site accordingly
• Ensure the websites are compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, working with the appropriate teams or vendors to resolve them quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in website management, with strong design and CSS skills
• Experience with the DUDA platform, as well as website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines
• Experience with website security and maintenance best practices
• A strong portfolio of website design and development work
