Product Marketing Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with an extensive background in the HR Compliance Technology space. As a crucial part of our team, you will work at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies for our specific HR Compliance Technology products. 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the HR Compliance Technology market. 

•  Conduct competitor analysis and market research to guide product development and marketing strategies. 

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. 

• Generate engaging content for various platforms that effectively communicates the value of our products. 

• Manage product launches and ensure all aspects are according to the strategic plan. 

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools and training materials.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•  Extensive experience in product marketing, specifically in the HR technology space. 

•  Solid knowledge of HR compliance technologies and market trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in relevant marketing software and platforms. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

•  Proven experience in running integrated product marketing campaigns.

 • Certification in Marketing or a related field.
